Great article. The hard economic times are really taking a toll on people’s health, to the point that it’s affecting their teeth. People should learn how to control their stress in order to avoid developing dental problems.

I agree; the statement “prevention is better than cure” applies perfectly to situations like these. Instead of having to endure pain and paying a lot of money for cosmetic dentistry, it’s wiser for athletes to wear gum shields while playing any kind of sport instead.
