EMG readings. In depth analysis of these readings tells us which muscles in particular are being overworked and to what extent.
The picture opposite shows these readings as peaks and troughs (similar to a device used for measuring earthquake activity). The greater the stress the muscles are under, the higher the peaks and the lower the troughs.
